Shell vials deliver a cost-effective solution for routine HPLC testing. Paired with PE plugs, they form a fast, simple sealing system for daily analysis.
Featuring fire-polished rims, these neckless shell vials are intended for non-critical HPLC workflows. Note that the PE plugs contain no rubber sealing parts, so they are only recommended for applications with low airtightness demands. Each plug comes with a diaphragm for safe autosampler needle piercing.
Complete kits are offered with matching push-in PE caps to guarantee perfect fit and performance. Both clear and amber glass shell vials are in stock. Soft PE stoppers fit Waters, Agilent and Shimadzu instruments; star-slit design enables effortless needle penetration. Standard dimension is 8×40 mm, with 8×30 mm as an alternative size.
