2） Product Overview

Crimp headspace vials are dedicated consumables for headspace sampling in Gas Chromatography (GC), designed to identify volatile and semi-volatile analytes.

Samples inside the vial are heated, allowing volatile substances to vaporize into the upper air space (headspace). The vapor mixture is then transferred into the GC instrument for separation and quantitative testing.

We supply multiple cap options: aluminum caps, bi-metal caps and magnetic crimp caps. A full range of septa is also offered: PTFE/silicone, butyl/PTFE, solid butyl stoppers and Pharma-Fix septa.
